'stuffed red peppers'

This week is shaping up to be a very busy week for The Skinny Gourmet.   I have been busy reviewing the recipe entries for the Thanksgiving Recipe Contest  http://wp.me/pCdID-gI - so far we have  many entries be we have none in the appetizer category or the salad category.  So if you have some great recipes in those categories please enter them in the contest!  In addition to the contest I have been working hard to make a plan for the week of Thanksgiving:  of course, the recipe entries in the contest will make up the Thanksgiving Day Menu Plan – however, I will be out of town for the week of Thanksgiving as well as the week after.  I am spending Thanksgiving in Boston and then the week after I will be vacationing in Washington D.C.  So I am working double time setting up menu plans that I can activate remotely.  So I am busy as can be.  Meanwhile, tomorrow I will be posting several new recipes so check back for those.  So let’s take a look at tomorrows menu plan:
