This week is very busy for me but as soon as I settle back in to a regular routine I will be sure to post as many new seasonal recipes as I can.
Speaking of recipes – all of the recipes are either completely my own creation or an adaptation of some of my favorite recipes. I prepare everything in my kitchen before I post it. I try to insure that each recipe is low in fat and calories but high in protein and taste. If you have a favorite recipe that you know is not really that nutritious and you’d like to know how to make it just email me. I LOVE a challenge.
